Firstly excuse my ignorance if the answer to this is on these pages somewhere.
I have a MK1 Mondeo with the vacuum actautor type secondaries,i don't know if they are working correctly.If irev the engine above 4000RPM the actuator only moves slightly(I have cleaned the intakes and there are no vacuum leakes as the actuator moves when starting the engine but doesn't seem to "Snap" the secondaries open when reving).I have attached a light bulb in place of the solonoid and have found the light comes on when switching the engine on but will only go off briefly when reving on FULL throttle-i thought the light would go off at approx 3500RPM even if reving gently above this.My question is

o the secondaries only operate on full throttle??Does anyone know what the voltage SHOULD be doing??
Finally,is it possiblt to "Crack" the secondaris on this type of system??If yes how do you do it??
