I am having the same problem. I am getting around it temporarily by taking out the relay when I don't need my turn signal. I slip the relay back in when I need to use the turn signal. This works well for remaining sane on long trips and highway driving. I have also read on here that the entire switch needs to be replaced. I have not gotten around to it. Hope that little bit helps. Please let me know if you find a solution.
