well, its supposed to blink 2/3 times as fast if theres a problem with the resistance somewhere in the turn signal cicuit, to let you know that one of the bulbs is out. if you've checked both turn signal lights, front and back, i would start checking the wiring.

now officially a troll, i guess. used to have a black 96 SE, until it broke down one too many times. now I'm hunting for a motorycle.
