If the door sits right (even gap all around) then adjust the strike (fixed part on door frame that the latch latches to). Look at the strike first for rub marks to see if it's being hit on the top or bottom. Then loosen the screws and tap it into position until it doesn't rub in the slot on the door latch. If you slide the strike in towards the car a little the door will shut tighter and have less wind noise.
