I do have jack stands, but I have that SVT bumper, and It'll scrape the paint right off of there (I think) Anyone w/ an SVT tried to put it on jackstands without any damage?? I'm just real concerned about my 2 month old paintjob.
I have and use jackstands all the time. I jack the car with a small floor jack (could use spare jack maybe, if it raises the car high enough) right where the owner's manual says to lift for replacing tires and then position the jackstand on the "frame rails" and remove the jack. Doesn't hurt any paint at all.
