I would like to coordinate a large meet, while it is not too hot. I have the Pavilions booked at least 3 times this year and one of the dates is coming up. I will post them once I remember exactly when it is. Would anyone be interested, if I planned around everyone's schedules? The road course on the West Side is due to open soon too.
