Hmmm. Never knew about that. Guess I'll have to rethink my med.well-well done preference. Although I hate having any red juice coming out of my steaks. Gotta be barely pink for me. Cant say I have ever gotten sick from anything I've eaten either. Guess I've got an iron gut I'm sure that will all change as I get older. I do believe that you need everything in moderation and I like my vegetables as well.
