How many wrestlers today are Vegetarians? I bet not one. Walter "Killer" Kowalski was not a
vegetarian all his life. When he was growing up when his muscles where developing, he ate
meat. Athletes that are not vegetarian, Michael Jordan, Shaq, Mario Lemux, Fedarov, Alstad
and the list goes on.

Hay lance before you knock meat, I can run 10 miles no problem and bench 225lp no problem.
I guess all the bad stuff is doing well for me. Can you do the same.

My whole family was vegitarian for a while before we moved out to the farm we live on now. Because my parents did not like the mess with the meat industry. Now that we live on a farm and raise our own meat organicaly we eat meat again. This diet did not seem to hurt any of us five kids including the 2 my mom had while she was on this diet.

Other animals that eat vegitation, there digestive track is evolved to where their diet can be sustained
on vegetation, but they eat constantly to acquire an adequate amount of nutrition. Remember you are not
a horse so before you find out the hard way, you wont win the

the only prblem I have with some vegetarians is when they try to take the moral high ground about meat they need to think more about what they are eating just ask the Arrogant Worms.

On the other hand you have to eat more then twice the amount of vegetation to
get to get the same amount of (Mussel building) protein out of meet. That's why
horses and cow graze as much as they do.

Hay lance It's cool to be vegetarian, but there is nothing wrong with including
meat in ones diet. I'm not trying to sell you on the point, For my active life
style I need to incorporate meat in my diet.
