Being a vegetarian is good if you do nothing physical or athletic all day. Example would be an office worker.
I know not of any body builders or read of any body builders that are vegetarian. Even if there are
athletes that are vegetarian it's only a small percentages an I'm sure they are the ones that don't
make the news or break any records. I'm not knocking "being vegetarian" and it's not a bad thing, without
meat it is 90% harder to gain any mussel mass without supplement. Fact of the matter is that it is better
to have a well rounded diet that "INCLUDE" all the food groups.
