well i got a prob w/ mine too. when i got it from th dealer, the defroster wasnt working right. id press the button and nothing happend. i took out button and noticed that the wires were plugged into the spare thing to the right of the defroster button. so i put em back into the button. but now when i hit the buton, the little light indicating that its on doesnt come on.... i dont know what u guys mean by a relay switch behind the fueses and stuff...i dunno..
