There was a post in here a couple weeks ago stating that someone at Roush did a test on the 2.5 Duratec and at 5000 rpm there was less than one pint of oil in the pan eek The cure was to add 1/2-2/3 of a quart of oil, as stated in the post and I'm thinking alot of us, myself included, are going to start running 6.5 quarts now. As far as your oil changes go, I bring my own to my local oil change shop and he changes the filter and disposes of the oil, that way no dirty hands :p I do put in the oil though, as I don't want any "accidents" like "OPPS, my belt buckle, or my button or my zipper" frown I kinda do what the guy who used Amsoil does, I do a full oil change and go 5K, then change the filter, add a quart and go another 5K and then do a complete oil change and start the process all over again wink
