i have a guy i know that can hook you up w/the course.....you are supposed to be in that class for 12 hrs but he does it in one hr.........(AND its cheaper also)
heres how it goes
turn in your Notarized application, fingerprint cards, money order, and safety course certificate, wait up to 8 weeks for your town permit, then you have up to 2 months to show up at middletown and get your state permit
