That may work for the Zetec, but would do very little for a Duratec.

Fuel is only injected into the primary ports after the LIM. NO other part of the intake system (read entire UIM, LIM, and secondary head ports) would be cleaned by a fuel system cleaning such as Motorvac (I.E. Big waste of money!)
