Well, I went to Walmart and got new bulbs, and they work!! Now, I just need to know if they will stay that way. Im bringing the car to the dealer sometime within the next two weeks to get an oil change, get a spoiler on, put in a new vent in the dash, and fix my fan speed knob (Hard to turn, and you have to press it in if you want it on faster than lo, SOMETIMES it will go on Hi wen its inbetween hi and the next one), so I guess Ill ask about my fogs too.
