I did the same thing to mine (brittle and stuff) and when I checked on the prices: $70.00 for the non brake line (gota buy the whole vacuum line assembly) and 35.00 for the brake line one! Proper Application of electrical tape and paper clip supports has gotten me through the winter so far. I am still scouting for some junk yards to try to lift one from. jezlukin CEG\'er J Joined: Oct 2002 Posts: 62 South Jersey	I tried superglue and it wouldn't take. I don't know if there was oil or grease or if the plastic just didn't take. I just ended up taking a large paper clip, straightening it out, then bending it around the backside of the elbow to set a tight form. I then used electrical tape (sticky, reasonably strong and stretchy) to bind the pieces together, using the paperclip as splint. I don't expect it to be a permanent repair, but it's worked for 3 months so far. 1995 Merc.
