Assuming that you did not depress the retaining collars - get the stubbs out of the holes first. Depress the collar around the top of the hole. There are little brass fingers inside the hole. If you bend them you will have to get new retainers. Then cut a piece off the straight part of the tubing going to the back of the engine, and insert it down into the manifold. Then get some rubber vacuum hose to go in between them.

Yes, replace for now with rubber hose. You just need a piece long enough in the manifold to connect the hose to.

If you broke the brake booster line, be VERY careful how you repair it. If you lose vaccum while driving, you will NOT be able to stop. I had mine come apart in a parking lot and it was all I could do to stop! (I broke mine when taking off the UIM the first time and did a cheesy repair job.) Got a replacement from Bill J. after that!

Common DIY collateral damage, due to hoses becoming brittle with age/heat. Hose to EGR vacuum regulator solenoid only seems to be available from Ford as part of set of vacuum hoses associated with EGR valve. Lance Kinley's post implies brake booster hose may be available separately.

The rear one goes right to the brake booster. The front one ties in with the EGR and other vacuum lines
