Don't worry about air in the system. There is a vent hose located on top of the valve body pan that will vent out any air that makes its way into your system.
Although I would not exactly hold one of the lines up high while makeing the change. LOL! As long as you keep the input line just off the bottom of the bucket containing the new fluid, you will be fine.
