You don't need flexes on a RWD car as the twist in the engine (on launch) doesn't BEND the pipes longitudinally, it just rotates the piping in the hangers.

The FWD layout of our engine causes HUGE twist on launch etc, so it tries to bend the pipes. Hence why flexes are needed. Why on earth do you think they are there in the first place, cos car companies like throwing away money on unnecessary items? NO!

Listen to good advice, or pay the price!

You were warned. Besides, 2" flexes are like $30 a pop. It's brain damage.
