Personally, I'd run out whatever fuel you have in that tank, get some RXP "gas kicker" (sold at Autozone in the additives aisle) and good fuel. Pour in the recommended amount ( 1 oz. per 10 gals.) and flog the crap out of it or take it on a long, sustained highway cruise. You can always change the plugs and clean out the TB, too, after that.
