I was wondering if anyone out there has any knowledge of stand alone engine management systems.. I am basically wondering if I were to install one would it be able to bypass the PATS system on my car? I am really tired of paying the dealer 3 to 400 everytime my pats system decides to take a crap. Plus in the future I intend on making my car a race car and doing all sorts of mods.. any help???
