I went down to the Detroit races behind city airport a few times last year and a couple of other places that I'm not really sure where I was .

95% of the time it is relatively safe, but it gets scary when you have idiots in high powered rear wheel drive cars doing donuts and the like in the middle of large crowds and parked cars. When this kind of sh$t started becoming the norm, I stopped going.
