BTW windchill does not count for objects that don't sweat. i.e. inanimate objects.
Windchill can only be felt by animals as the lower temp you feel is beacuase the wind is causing moisture on your skin to evaporate, which takes energy (heat in this case) so you feel colder.
But in any case, I do not doubt that Saskachewhatsamacallit it's fuggen cold!
