Mine are 7.5 inches with 42 off set

Yep, which gives you 5.4" of backspacing.

I am a 100% sure you can.
I ran on 19x8 45mm offset Axis Sevens with no rub at all. Granted the tire was only 215mm wide.
Oh yeah. I am dropped 3" sometimes with coilovers.

I stand corrected then.

BTW, you stated in another post that you were rubbing with 7.5's with 225's on them. Where were you rubbing at, inside or out?

I was assuming 225's would be used, but I was still almost positive 215's wouldn't fit, they must be extremely close to the strut.

I rubbed like a mofo on the outside lips.
Just beat the hell out of them and went on my merry little way.
I was just barely missing the strut when I had the Axis on. I have more room with the Centerlines on because the offset pushes them out more.
