I want to lower my 95 tour and I have two different set of wheels, the stock 14's and a set of 225/40/18 motegi mr7's how low can i go? the guys at the local tire shops are complete morons on anything over a 17" wheel! the offset of the wheel is 40mm any help would be great thanks.

Please take the time to search and read through older posts, most questions have already been answered by the folks that hang out here. That said... You can have the body seams touch the ground when it's parked with some 'bags or hydros, all the way up to 19" wheels if you want. Will it be driveable? No. What are you really after?
