Me? I have a 97 Sport 2.0L Zetec. I got my first tranny rebuilt at 56,000 (cost $2000). Currently, I'm experiencing similar problems to what you described - again. I did get 44,000 miles since my last rebuild.......read the archives, it's possible it might be an electrical problem.
