Failing to have an operating, calibrated device to measure vehicle speed is an offence under the Highway Traffic Act. You are not oblidged to have the device calibrated after installation.

Admitting to driving that fast is enough for a ticket. Of course, 60 over is a summons, not a ticket. Talk about it at the bar, not here.
