Indy, I think we must be driving the same cars or something!!! Same mods, and now the same problem!!!! My alternator went completely dead, so I pulled it and replaced the brushes, but not the regualtor since the shop didnt have one in stock i took my chances that it was only the brush that was my problem... anyways, now that I have new brushes, my light still comes on at about 4000-4500. Next up for me I think is replacing the regulator, then finally a new alternator!
