maybe - are you saying that you have a wiring harness for t he power seats all plugged in and everything, and youre just missing a fuse? if thats the case, then yes, i would guess that it would fix the problem. if its just a straight wire where a fuse should be, then i don't see how installing a fuse there would solve anything except for safety.
