Your speed/ rpm readings are accurate - you will iht 20mph at ~4500 rpm, there's no clutch problem. So what you're trying to say is that it hits the rev limiter at 4500 rpm??? If you are, that sound like your computer has a program for an automatic transmission vehicle, but I really doubt that has happened. Will it rev higher in the other gears? Can you get it past 4500 rpm???
