Got the car back from the dealer and ever since I have a fast right turn signal. What could be causeing this?

Check your bulbs. When one of the bulbs blows, the other one on the same side will blink faster.

Not headlamps, the lights that blink with your turn signal. Check front and rear signal lights on the side that blinks like it is on meth. Better than my old VW which just went solid when that happened. :rolleyes:

took me awhile to first figure that one out too...the fast blink turn signal when i first got my car....old skool cars when u hit the signal would just light up the turn indicator on the dash but would not blink at all and the taurus i had would tell u exactly which bulb was out

replace the bulb or bulbs since they're cheap and come two to a pack

Hmmm. Mine is ok sometimes and then hyper other times. Maybe it is just not properly seated

i dont think its how the bulb is seated because of the little nubs to hold it in place...they're pretty snuggly fit

when my first signal went out it started out the way u described above...hyper sometime then okay...i thought i had bought myself some new electrical problems ... but it was the bulb...

when the second one started getting hyper i just immediatedly replaced it...no mo issues

Mine was lighting the dash indicator last week. It turned out that the little nubs that power the light wern't tight enough. Luckily it was on the side of the car that has the broken lens, so it was an easy fix. smile

Probably the easiest way is to turn the hazards on and walk around the car. Starting with the side that blinks too fast.
