Go and get the pcm read for trouble codes. That will tell you right where to look. If the CEL comes on and flashes due to a misfire it will still set a code. Pulling the plugs is pretty easy to do as well so you may just do that first. AutoZone's usually will ready the engine codes for free so you should also do that.
Oh, stop using the NOS 'till you know what's up. I assume you already have but I thought I would post it.

well thanks for the help guys but Cyl. # 3 is blown to F*&^@ing sh*t. Not to worry though, the SVT will be traded in tomorrow. So if you see an SVT contour at a dealer. please don't buy it. Prob has a blown 3rd cyl.
I'm not sure what im going to get yet. but maybe a G20 Infinity or an SUV. not sure. I'll keep you posted with pics. Wish me luck tomorrow.

Find out what they'll give you for it, then pm me. I am interested in buying it. I have the skills to repair it and I would appreciate a shot at it.

I completely understand about listening to other people and when its all said and done you find out they didn't quite know what they were talking about. On that note, did you check cyl. #3 and replace the plug, or is it guaranteed a bad cylinder? If you are going to get rid of it then let me know as I said before.
