This morning driving home from work with the head lights on the A/C compressor kicked on and my headlights went dim and the car almost stalled. I have had some whining coming from the alternator area when there is a load on the accesories but the car drives fine. Any ideas? thanks for your help Gordon 98 E0 T-Red #1886 still stock

Because if the alternator went it would drain the battery and it wouldn't have enough power to restart the car.
