it may fit the general definition of a ricer by looks...but if it doesn't run like a ricer and has some actual performance mods then who cares
plus it looks a hell of alot better than my car...
unless someones care looks downright ridiculous I really have nothing bad to say...I respect people who want to put money into their ride
I just think everyone was going a little bit overboard with their 'opinions' cuz its really not that bad
