It's better to find out what the problem is and not throw money at it.

Need to know the CEL code. And maybe you can explain why you just replaced all of the O2's. Either your rich (thats not it huh?) or someone/someshop said that would fix it. If the cel was just for a bad cat, then you might have one (lucky you, it's covered under the 8 yr/80k mi)warranty - it's not over 80k is it?).

The CEL can come on for a lot of reasons. If you just bought it there may be some routine maintenence to take care of too.

Come back with the CEL codes (not someones interpretation) and we will get you some help. Take it to get the codes read for free (Autozone, or call around) and post them on this thread. If there are any driveability issues, include that too.

Can you or someone you trust do some of the work? Saves money.
