Pick up a battery brush at Autozone to clean the terminals. I bought one for $2, and I like it. It's silver with 2 brushes- one for the terminal top, and one for the inside of the terminal. Also use a dremel or some sand paper to clean the smaller rings while you're at it. Then use the stuff recommended above.
