Popular among Truck Mechanics: Permatex HiTack ..(check Spelling)..it's a gasket adhesive but great for sealing the terminals up to prevent corrosion. Bright Red Translucent color, spray on like paint.
The other is Lubriplate white grease. Almost as good. Collects dust but works well.
Clean terminals, coat with either and no more corrosion.
