I would try and find an SVT.
The difference between an SVT and a non-SVT far surpass any monetary difference in price. In other words you couldn't come close to making an SE into a SVT for the same price comparatively.
My choice of years would be a 99 or 00.
If you are not getting an SVT then go with a 95-97 SE V6 MTX
