Hi Missy, www.dpreview.com has the lowdown on all of the digital cameras ever made. I work at NASA in Houston and we use higher end Kodak DCS760 cameras. We were impressed with Fuji's S2 when the rep came down to let us play with it. It has very good color rendition duplication. You already know what the camera can do but it might not be fast enough for you to capture a car haulin' butt on the course. It has a very slow per frame rate and buffer rate. You might consider a Nikon DIH or a Kodak DCS720 or 620x(used). They have very fast per frame rate and high buffer memory. You can blow off 10-15 frames without having to wait for the camera to write the images to the microdrive.
if you want to PM me, I'll be glad to go into more detail.
