I jus bought a set of svt leather seats (driver, passenger, rear) and the driver and passenger were installed with no problem, but the back part of the rear seat is separated into 2 pieces I'm guessing so the seat can flip down but the problem is that the back part of the seat I had before was all in one piece and the brackets are different...where could I get brackets so this would work or what else could I do?? I have a 98 contour Non-SVT

Where did you get those? I want some. If you go to your local ford dealership you can order the brackets.

I just installed a set of midnight blue seats in my tour. They look pretty damn cool I think.

I have a similar question that goes with this though.

Where do I install the rear seat release button thing?

I know where the actual latch goes. But where do I install the corded pull button?

Mine are mounted to the upper part of the trunk. You must pull them from inside the trunk.

I might be interested in a backup interior, as I plan on driving my car until it doesn't resemble a car anymore!

hmmm. really. I was hoping that I could mount them on the inside of the cabin. My system will most likly block any chance of putting then on in the trunk then still being usfull.

Where are they mounted from the factory?

They are in the trunk so someone can't bust your window out and get in your trunk. This assumes that you have the pull lever on inside disabled, as I do.
