My dad got rear ended by a woman at 5 in the morning, he followed her home and called the police. The car ended up being uninsured and unregistered, the woman denied driving it and her mom(who the car was registered to) said her daughter was asleep at the time. The cops did nothing because my dad had no solid proof. Glad to hear you two are OK though. She'll get hers eventually! 
 So if her car happened to catch on fire, she would be out of luck?
