I have a 96 SE with a 2.5 V6 and a very new rebuilt ATM. When leaving the transmission shop, the engine cashed in its chips. It needs a complete head job at minimum but the 141k engine is probably not worth the effort. Otherwise the car is in great shape. It is Black with grey leather interior.
