Direct bolt-on I'd believe. There are only two radiator hoses plus the oil cooler lines on the SVT radiator. The '95 has two radiator hoses, less the oil cooler lines. I'd assume all you need to do is to plug up the two oil cooler lines or add a sandwich plate for oil cooler then you'll be all set.
