My cel is flashing quickly and the car turns over but won't start. I was told it was a misfire and i disconnected the battery to reset the computer but it did it again a little later but it won't reset this time. I don't have a clue what to do.

Disconnecting the battery will not correct a misfire. You prolly have one (if not 2-3) fouled plugs. Flashign CEL is no bueno. You need to get that crap checked out. Change you plugs and see if that help. If not, get to a mechanic...

no ****!!! sounds like you'll have to actually WALK to parts store
damn ford...

seriously, though, you may want to check if all wires are connected properly and just look around. may be you get water in the spark plug wells, may be you have water on the coil pack...

...just like a coil pack, you know...

trace the spark plug wires back to the firewall. that's where the coil pack is

w/ this much experience I would call for a tow truck, though...
