Don't bother trying to do a folded horn for a sub in a vehicle. The cabin is entirely too small to get any benefit from horn loading.
What kind of subs do you have? What kind of enclosure are you looking for? Are you just shooting for something unusual?

well as of now I have a single 12" rock ford HE, Yeah I am looking for something unsual but also something that will produce alot of bass with just a single sub so that i wouldnt need to go huge like so many people do

I think every manufacturer, retailer, installer, shop, etc... should reference that post as the ultimate truth against the MYTH that too little power can damage a speaker.

I completely agree with you. I work in the computer industry where most of the people who graduate w/ any kind of computer degree have absolutely NO CLUE what to do when they get a job. The sad thing is they will get paid more then the real geeks who actually know what they're doing but have no degree.

oh well thanks for all the help guys I think I wll jsut stick with the good ole sealed box for now and work on cleaning up my sound quality, stupid components just arent sounding to great right now. Prolly end up doing a custom install after I redue my interior in shades of blue vynal.
