I personally think underglo looks good as long as the car flows with it.

neon is about 10 years out of date. Come join us in the new century. Thats almost as bad as big wings and 13" wheels sticking a foot out from the wheel wells.

if it's done tastefully then it's hot.. you can't tell me that you didn't like it on any of the Fast and Furious cars..

but if someone has more than 1 color of exterior neon goin on or has the LED wiper nozzles and tireflys I'm sure as hell gonna label em as "rice".. there is a very fine line with tasteful neon and overdone neon that throws ya in the ricer category!

There are two reasons I would never put neon on my car:

1.) Anyone I've ever seen locally use neon doesn't have a car to be proud of. Those who do have cars to be proud of put their money into other mods. Recently I have seen some cars on the internet that do have neon and are sweet cars, so I'm slowly changing my mind. I'm still a big fan of more subtle aesthetic mods, so it may be a while before I make a 180.

2.) It's the most easy-to-see cop attractor you can buy in this town. 5% tinted windows run a close second. To give you an idea of the law enforcment mentality here, there was a series of billboards run by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's department that said "Loud music in cars leads to other more violent crimes."

I'm not going to vote yes or no as I'm split on that decision. It all depends on how it is done, color, and if the tubes are visible, and coverage pattern. If you have the proper color and even coverage, no dark spots under the vehicle, and the tubes can't be seen then it looks nice. If there is not lit areas on the ground and the tubes are visible and it is some godaweful color that doesn't do anything for the car or like stated, multi colored then it looks ricey. Even more so if it flashes to the music...

I like them, and I think you still need them Stolon....

I agree with pretty much everyone here...
for example

say you have a nice flowing car (ill use mikeyboy's car as an example) red interior lights, nothing too extreme, just enuf to go with his exterior color...not this HUGE ass wing as someone reffered to "makes a 747 jet proud"
not 50 decals saying NOS, etc, then red neons would look great.

im thinking when i go back home to miami, to get some white one's cause i have a champagne colored car....red would just clash...blue would prolly also clash (although im going with the blue interior theme...)
