if it's done tastefully then it's hot.. you can't tell me that you didn't like it on any of the Fast and Furious cars..
but if someone has more than 1 color of exterior neon goin on or has the LED wiper nozzles and tireflys I'm sure as hell gonna label em as "rice".. there is a very fine line with tasteful neon and overdone neon that throws ya in the ricer category!
