I have one too, and I used to have a picture of it, but I can't seem to find it.

Anyway, it is off of a 98 SVT or any pre-98 Contour/Mystique. It is correct the access doors have been discontinued. Install is easy, it just snaps into place, and hides all the wires and such on the back of the trunk lid.
