Dave, your advice about trying a few speakers, before I shell out for 112-144, is very rational and I appreciate it. That being said, I generally prefer to go completely overboard at the drop of a hat. This instance will be the exception as I have decided to hold off altogether after looking over the responce curves (and dips).
All the same I truly appreciate the opportunities you often share.
