Duratec & Zetec MTX-75s have a different bellhousing.
Duratec uses a 4.06 gear
Zetec uses a 3.84 gear
Mid 2000 MY the MTX-75 was upgraded with stronger internals (syncros and gears) and the capacity dropped to ~2qts from ~2.6qts.
Also Ford changed the fluid spec at/around this same time to a 70-75W synthetic gear oil from Mercon spec ATF.
