Ok Im not going to get all angry about people's posting on how I need to learn how to drive... On a pretty non-maintained track here in Indiana, I run a 15.3, which I know is nothing to brag about, but considering that all I've done is put a Bassani cat back on my car and I had a bald set of Kumho(crappy even with full tread) tires... There are guys with 250FWHP going to the track and running 14.2's... If I gain 100 HP on my car and I only get a second out of it, I'll sell it before I do anything else to it... So I'm thinking that I will have to get some better syncros... The gears have no problems, its just the syncro's that have a problem... I hear the mondeo syncro's are supposed to be stronger but Id like any suggestions on where to get them, or any other stronger syncros... As far as going to a different technician, the guy that rebuilt my tranny has a low 11 second Fox Body mustang with an automatic... But Id just like some suggestions on what syncros to go with, because the upgraded 2000's arent too upgraded if you ask me... Thanks for your help, and I just had to get rid of the frustration... Sorry about the comments Mark, it's all in fun man! We mean no harm...

About where to get better syncro's... Get in touch with Terry Haines. That is the best I can tell you. He upgrades MTX-75s to Euro Spec a good bit and as far as I know, that would be from talking to people here that have a MTX rebuilt this way, it is about as built proof as they come. At least in the realm of the MTX-75. Terry might be able to sell you the syncro's that you want.

Oh! How do you get in touch with Terry... I don't know! Maybe someone will be nice enough to post his e-mail or phone number here again, but you could do a search as well because there are people asking this question all the time.

No no, I wasnt mad or anything... I just had to blow of some steam... It just seams like whenever anyone has a question on the tranny, someone says something about the differential... I know that is part of it and that they are supposedly weak... Ive never had a problem with my differential, but I would like having the power going to both wheels... I think that if I just had some good syncros and the differential, Id be good to go... I think I saw the post with his email address... Im not doubting his work, its just that I know the guy that rebuilt my tranny the first time, seaming as how I used to work at the dealership with him, and I know that he'll put in the parts for me for free with my extended warranty paying for the labor... I just need to get the parts around for the rebuild.

I know how you feel.

Like I said, he could possible sell you the Euro syncro's and whatever else you may need.

If you have not already, here is a interesting thread from warmonger asking Terry some questions about updating a pre2000 MTX. This is from the FCO forums.
